Good Life Tampa Bay Welcomes blu Magazine at its Super Bowl Launch Party

As Tampa Bay’s premier lifestyle show that reports on local flavor from the fast-growing Tampa Bay market, Good Life Tampa Bay could not afford to miss the launch of blu Tampa Bay, a luxury lifestyle magazine reflective of the best Tampa Bay has to offer.

With its blue ambience, there was no better venue than The Florida Aquarium for the publication unveiling. The watery grace of the locale was channeled into an upscale cocktail lounge complete with blue carpet to host more than 500 attendees, many of whom were visiting for Super Bowl week 2009. Supporters included Jermaine Phillips, of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Nick Sorensen of the Cleveland Browns

Michelle Couture, associate publisher, explained the quarterly magazine is truly a reflection of the community as all of the elements are selected and integrated in-house.

Ceviche, now with four locations, provided another element of local flavor in its tapas dishes. Tyler Florence, celebrity chef, was also on hand to ensure a savory experience for attendees’ palates. In order to give back to the community, donations from proceeds were made to local food banks, which is essential during this economic time.

Vanessa Carlton, three-time Grammy nominee, provided entertainment on her baby grand accompanied by violin for a truly world-class experience.

The Good Life Tampa Bay crew was on hand to capture the ambience of the event and the reactions of guests to this new addition featuring what Tampa Bay luxury lifestyle is all about.
