Amy Winehouse runs from husband screaming, bloody, and bruised

A battered Amy Winehouse fled a London hotel screaming after a fight with her husband Blake Fielder-Civil. The singer was left bloody and bruised after the fight but refused to press charges.

The ‘Rehab’ singer ran from the Sanderson Hotel at 3:30 a.m. Thursday with her arms covered in scratches and bandages. Civil, who had scratches in his face and neck, chased Winehouse out of the hotel screaming her name, before losing track of her. Winehouse managed to jump in a black car without Civil seeing, and got away. He was left searching for Winehouse and looked in doorways and bins.

An onlooker described Winehouse as ‘hysterical’ when she ran down the street and says “Amy looked totally out of it. She was covered in blood and her make-up was badly smeared. Her eyes where glazed. It was as though she couldn’t see anyone.” 

Another source said, “When the car got to Charing Cross, Amy ran to a shop for cigarettes. You could see she’d been in a fight. Her cloths where bloody and she was covered in scratches and bandages.”

Winehouse’s feet where also covered in blood, raising concerns that she was injecting heroin between her toes to prevent people from seeing ‘track marks.’

Police questioned the singer about the hotel incident but she refused to file a complaint against her husband. Winehouse insisted Civil never attacked her.
