Pulte Homes of St. Louis Motion Denied of US District Court

 

Pulte Homes of St. Louis has been denied a motion filed by the Laborers’ International Union of North America (LiUNA).  The motion was denied by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.  It was filed to dismiss a lawsuit filed by the company against the Union.

The lawsuit was filed on December 1, 2009.  It alleged that LiUNA and its agents have violated federal and state law when the Union barged into a private employee meeting and orchestrated an attack against attendees.  LiUNA’s alleged conduct act the meeting included assaulting employees, the destruction of property and other unlawful activities.
