Everest University, a subsidiary of Corinthian Colleges is being sued by a campus admissions representative. The lawsuit alleges overtime pay violations at the Pompano Beach, Florida campus. The suit was filed with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in an effort to recover overtime pay for existing and former campus admissions representatives on all Everest University campuses and Florida Metropolitan University, dating back to July 2007. It was filed on behalf of a current employee at the Pompano Beach campus. The Plaintiff’s attorney is Joseph Maus who filed the suit with his partner, Charles Bechert.
