Baltimore, Maryland August 26, 2007 – Baltimore, Maryland’s Best Home Stager, Paula Henry appears live on WCBM radio’s Century 21 Real Estate For Your World with Gary Hoffer and Lee Monahan.  Paula Henry of Simply Put Interiors is expert guest on live call in show.   

Henry appeared on WCMB am radio 680 on August 25, 2007 with Gary Hoffer and Lee Monahan to talk about the current Real Estate market and benefits of professional Home Staging to help boost sales.  Hoffer and Monahan are putting their money where their mouths are and announced a project in which they called in Paula Henry of Simply Put Interiors for help with a house they rescued from foreclosure. Henry will provide expert advice on what renovations should be made and how the property should be Staged.

Said Henry, “This property lacks curb appeal and doesn’t get any better past the front door.  We have got to give buyers a reason to want to come in and not want to leave.”  Henry explains this is the basic concept when Staging any property.  “Just as retailers decorate store fronts and builders decorate model homes, houses for sale must be merchandised as a product.  We have to make houses appealing to buyers and give them the feeling the house they are looking at could be their home.” 

Named Baltimore’s Best Home Stager by Baltimore Magazine, Henry is the go-to person for Home Staging.  She employs her knowledge of Real Estate management and Interior Decorating to achieve results.  While on the air, Ms. Henry took the opportunity to inform listeners about a Staging seminar she will be giving at Patuxent Chase, a Toll Brothers, Inc. community near Ellicott City, Maryland.  In fact, she will be presenting this seminar with Lee Monahan who will talk about the current Real Estate market and Temple Zito of Virtual Landscape Design.  Ms. Zito, will address easy solutions to create greater curb appeal.
