Van Halen Adds Shows to Fall Concert

Van Halen announced that they are adding more US Concert dates to their itinerary, including stops in Philadelphia at Wachovia Center and Detroit’s Joe Louis Arena.

 

The band’s itinerary as previously reported, starts in late September now consist of a total of 29 shows that are extended until the end of the year.

 

Van Halen present members include David Lee Roth, Alex Van Halen, Eddie Van Halen, and Wolfgang Van Halen. Van Halen's upcoming fall tour will be the rock band's first to feature David Lee Roth since he left teh group in 1985.  According to reports the tour will not feature the group's original lineup, as guitarist Eddie Van Halen and drummer Alex Van Halen have replaced original bassist Michael Anthony with Eddie Van Halen’s son, Wolfgang Van Halen.

 

The tour is set to run from September to December 2007. As of 2007 Van Halen has released eleven studio albums, two compilation albums and one live album, selling more than 80 million albums worldwide.

 October 20 - Detroit, MI - Joe Louis Arena

 

 October 1 - Philadelphia, PA - Wachovia Center

 October 3 - Philadelphia, PA - Wachovia Center
