Petrobras (NYSE:PBR-A) announces the postponement of the Board of Directors meeting initially scheduled for February 26, 2010. The postponement of the announcement regarding fourth quarter and fiscal year 2009 results, pursuant to the accounting practices adopted in Brazil and to the rules issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).

 

The Company clarifies that the above-mentioned postponements are not related to the consolidated results ascertainment process and that it will soon inform the new date for the announcement, respecting the legal term of 90 days after the closing of the 2009 fiscal year.
