Lil’ Wayne being sued for $1 million

Tyrique Layne claims she was tramped over by fans trying to get the money and lost consciousness. Layne says she got a “serious closed head injury” that has required extensive medical treatment. She claims she still suffers from severe head aches, some memory and concentration loss.

Three other women where also hurt at the same concert.

Lil’ Wayne is also facing charges in another case. He was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon and marijuana last month. Earlier this month he was arrested in Atlanta for possession of marijuana.
