Despite having two cars in Consumer Report’s top ten list for the year, Toyota owners have pronounced their recent dissatisfaction with the Japanese auto maker. A survey by Consumer Report revealed only 60 percent of Toyota owners would buy another Toyota again, down 10 percent from December before the multi-million-vehicle recall began. Despite this, the brand’s integrity appears to remain in tact for the time being.
The same survey revealed that brand loyalty toward Toyota’s was still considerably higher than that felt toward Chevrolet, Dodge and Ford.
The survey, conducted in early February, consulted 1,800 plus Toyota owners.
