Country music singer Sarah Evans questioned in court about affair with Kenny Chesney

Schelske’s lawyer filed papers in a Tennessee court asking Evan’s a series of questions about what kind of medications she takes and asks her to admit to at least 11 extra-marital relationships. The documents requests Evans to admit to romantic involvement with members from her band, members of the band 3 Doors Down, country singer Kenny Chesney, Richard Marx, and Tony Dovolani.

The documents also require Evans to show records of communication with ‘Dancing with the Stars’ co-stars Mario Lopez, Willa Ford, and Joey Lawrence. It also includes requests for communication records with country music singers Martina McBride and Chely Wright.

Evans filed for divorce on October 12, 2006. A hearing for the divorce case is set for September 28.
