Ron Paul Polling Well in New Hampshire After Fox News Debate

The latest New Hampshire poll by LA Times/Bloomberg suggests that Ron Paul is gaining momentum in New Hampshire. USAElectionPolls.com reminds us that this is significant for Ron Paul because 5% is above the margin of error. The web site also points out the fact that New Hampshire has an open primary in which Independents could vote for Ron Paul and a strong performance in these pre-election polls will give them more incentive to support Paul, a candidate whose viability has been questioned by the mainstream media.

Bush's approval rating in New Hampshire was 14% according to the American Research Group poll taken in late June and of all the Republican candidates, Ron Paul is the candidate most separating himself from George Bush and his policies. New Hampshire is anti-war and as the only anti-war Republican candidate, Ron Paul will likely finish quite well in New Hampshire if he continues to see positive results in the polls like this.
