Britney Spears Wants to Apologize At The Emmy Awards
Britney Spears is negotiating to appear at the Emmy Awards on Sunday September 16, 2007 to apologize for her VMAs comeback performance.
A source in Britney’s camp stated, “I can’t say this is 100 percent not true. All I can say is that the Emmy people aren’t dealing with her record company, her manager or her agents at William Morris. So if she is doing anything for the Emmys then it’s not going through the official channels.”
Although nothing has been confirmed yet, the pop star is in hopes of redeeming herself and reputation at the upcoming award ceremony.
Rapper Kanye West is also scheduled to perform at the Emmy Awards.
Britney Spears new album is scheduled for release on November 13, 2007. Spears performed her new single "Gimme More" at last Sunday night's VMAs.
