O.J. Simpson investigated by Las Vegas police

O.J. Simpson is under investigation of the Las Vegas police in connection with the burglary of the Palace Station Casino on Thursday. Police have questioned Simpson, who was investigated for the murder of his wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman, and confirm that he was at the casino the night of the robbery.

Details of the robbery are unclear, but more is expected to be told at a news conference later today.

Today Simpson’s book, ‘If I Did It: Confessions of the Killer,’ about the murder Nicole and Goldman is being published by Beaufort Books. Simpson was acquitted of the murder charges in 1995.

‘If I Did It” is a first person account of the murders by Simpson ‘if he did it.’ The book was originally due to be published in 2006 by HarperCollins but cancelled after controversial public opinions.

Pablo Fenjves was a witness in the murder case, as he was a neighbor if Nicole. Fenjves says the original publisher, Judith Regan, told him the book was a confession and told him, “He wants to confess, and I’m being assured it’s a confession. But this is the only way he’ll do it.”
