Coldplay Set To Release New Album
British rock band Coldplay recently announced their new album will consist of only nine tracks and will be released in a few months.
The band which includes Chris Martin who is married to actress and singer Gwyneth Paltrow, Guy Berryman, Johnny Buckland and Will Champion stated “We're still a few months from finishing, but already the arguments about track listing have begun. The plan has always been to make a short record. No more than 42 minutes and nine songs.”
Songs being considered for the upcoming album include Cemeteries Of London, Lost! Violet Hill, Poppy Fields, 42, Yes! and more.
Coldplay’s last album ‘X&Y’ was the #1 best selling album worldwide in 2005; and sold 10 million copies.
