Michael Blosil, 18-Year-Old Son of Entertainer Marie Osmond, Dies

Michael Blosil, the 18-year-old son of entertainer Marie Osmond, has died in what some news reports are suggesting was a suicide.

According to those reports Blosil leapt to his death from an apartment building in Los Angeles but those reports have not been confirmed and his death is still being investigated.

In a statement released by Marie Osmond the 50-year-old singer said her family was “devastated and in deep shock by the tragic loss.”

Marie Osmond rose to fame alongside her brother Donny Osmond during the 1970s, eventually hosting the variety television program the Donny & Marie Show.
