Armless Man Delivers Fatal Head-Butt after Argument Over a Woman
Police and a county medical examiner have declared that Charles Keith Teer died of a heart attack and not a head-butt delivered by an armless man, William Russell “Rusty” Redfern.
According to police reports Teer was involved in a scuffle with Redfern after the two argued over a woman. Witnesses said that Rusty Redfern kicked Teer and Terr responded by punching the armless man. After the two were separated Redfern broke free and delivered a head-butt that left Teer feeling dizzy. Moments after the fight Teer collapsed and died.
The fight centered on a woman that once dated Teer and who is now seeing Redfern.
Redfern was believed to have delivered the fatal blow that caused Teer to collapse but chief investigator with the Gwinnett County Medical Examiner’s Office Ted Bailey reported that “There was no significant trauma which caused his death. He died of natural causes.”
Rusty Redfern is a well known artist who has gained international recognition for the drawings he creates with his feet.
Redfern was not immediately charged with any crime but police are awaiting autopsy results before ruling out further action against the artist.
