G&G Holistic Addiction Treatment Program and the Client

G&G Holistic Addiction Treatment Program personnel never forget that their clients led normal lives before and even during their addiction. These lives included interaction with other persons, staying informed of current events, and other types of social interaction.

For this reason, G&G Holistic Addiction Treatment Program does not believe that a client should be isolated from during holistic addiction treatment. Therefore, clients are allowed to keep and use electronic devices, such as cell phones, laptop computers and devices known as “Personal Digital Assistants” or PDAs for short.

Although it is possible that the client’s environment outside of the holistic drug rehab center may have attributed to the client’s addiction, the fact remains that the same situations will still be there when the holistic addiction treatment has ended, and the client leaves the G&G Holistic Addiction Treatment Program. Re-adjusting to the world outside of the program will be difficult enough without a client feeling as though he or she is out of touch.

So, rather than pretend the client’s environment does not exist, G&G Holistic Addiction Treatment Program works with the client to help him or her resume the life previously led. By remaining current on what is going on and has been happening since admission to the holistic addiction treatment program, the client will feel less stressed and more confident that he or she is ready to join society again.

Family members and loved ones were a part of the client’s environment before he began holistic drug rehab and, just as other things, will still be afterwards. Unfortunately, some of them may have been enablers, whether they were aware of it or not. G&G Holistic Addiction Treatment Program will help the client deal with the difficulties that may have to be faced when he or she rejoins the family after holistic addiction treatment.
