James Blunt Knocks Kanye West from the #1 Spot on the Music Charts
British singer and songwriter James Blunt's second album ‘All The Lost Souls’ debuted at number one on Sunday, September 23, 2007 moving Kanye West’s album ‘Graduation’ to number two.
Kanye West recently was placed at number one on the charts in the United States for his latest album ‘Graduation’ which sold 957,000 copies in the first week beating rapper opponent 50 Cent with ‘Curtis’ which only sold 691,000 in the first week of sales.
James Blunt’s first single’ 1973’ off of his latest album ‘All The Lost Souls’ debuted at #10 on the UK Charts making it his third top 10 single and the fifth released single debuting in the UK Singles Chart. In Switzerland the song debuted at #1 making it his second top 10 hit.
