The mobile website will broadcast live selected NBA games in their entirety and provide video clips of NBA game highlights, player information, interviews and stats.

clickNsettle.com, Inc. (CLIK) is a public shell company that previously provided alternative dispute resolution services. CLIK shares surged today on news that the company Glenn Halpryn of Miami, Florida, and Jerry Glauser of Denver acquired 51.65% of the outstanding common stock of clickNsettle.com, Inc. The Halpryn and Glauser plan to utilize the public company to effect a merger or other business combination with an operating company. Both men also purchased control of Getting Ready Corporation in December 2006

The company announced that its year-to-date total net income was up 175% from 3.08 million  to $8.46 million. The company also announced that the company has completed the transaction to acquire the Qingyang Herbal Extracting Factory from Yerui Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. The acquired facility is capable of processing approximately 18,000 tons of herbal raw materials into extracts, doubling the Company's current herbal extraction capacity.
