Chester Arthur Stiles wanted as ‘person of interest’ in rape of 4 year old

The only thing known about the girl is that she is around four or five years old and is called ‘Madison’ in the video. Police and the FBI believe Stiles may be the man on the tape.

Stiles has other sexual assault offences and is wanted in Las Vegas for sexual assault and lewdness with a minor under 14 years old. “We know he has those warrants,” said Nye Country Sheriff Tony DeMeo. “For us, he is a person of interest. We want to talk with Mr. Stiles about the identity of the female victim.”

The tape was turned into police on September 8 by a man named Darren Tuck. Tuck claimed he found the video more than five months ago in the dessert. He was charged with promoting child pornography and possession of child pornography. Both charges are felonies and he faces jail time, possibly life in prison. He is currently out on bail.
