Eve’s Album ‘Here I Am’ Is Being Pushed Back Until 2008

Rapper Eve’s new album ‘Here I Am’ was originally set to be released on October 16, 2007, but has recently been pushed back until later next year.

Eve's representative from the record label has “no comment” on the reasoning behind the album being delayed. Although the first single from the album entitled ‘Tambourine’ was peaking at No. 17 on the R&B/hip hop Billboard charts, Eve’s second single ‘Give It to Me’ featuring Sean Paul has not entered the music charts yet.

‘Here I Am’ is the rappers first album since ‘Eve-olution,’ which was released in 2002 and debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.
