Chuck Todd, NBC News political director, says that Ron Paul is the biggest surprise with his 3rd quarter fund raising numbers. The estimates still have him behind Rudy Giuliani, Mitt Romney, Fred Thompson, and John McCain but Todd explains that the total amounts to more than "supposedly more serious candidates".
