Two Guards Killed in Armored Vehicle Robbery Outside a Wachovia Bank in Philadelphia

Two guards have been killed and a third is in stable condition following an armed robbery of a armored vehicle outside a Wachovia Bank near the Roosevelt Mall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania this morning.

According to police the three guards were attacked shortly after 8:00 am ET. Police have not released any information about how many were involved in the heist or how much money was taken.

Police did say that a male suspect is on the loose.
