Three Charged in Killing of University of Memphis Football Player Taylor Bradford

Police have charged three men in the shooting death of University of Memphis football player Taylor Bradford on September 30.

 

Bradford, a junior transfer from Samford University, had played on the defensive line for the Tigers. The three men charged in the death were reportedly trying to rob the 5’11, 300-pound Bradford when he was shot.

 

After being shot Bradford climbed into his car and attempted to drive away but struck a tree and was found a short time latter by police.
