Bus Crash Near Phoenix, Arizona Leaves at least Six Dead, Several Seriously Injured

An early morning bus crash near Phoenix, Arizona has left at least six people dead and several others seriously injured.

According to initial reports the bus was traveling on Interstate 10 just south of Phoenix when it collided with a car and rolled over. The roof of the bus was crushed and emergency responders were forced to smash windows to reach victims.

The Arizona department of public safety has said two men and four women were killed in the accident while several victims were airlifted from the scene.

The bus, owned by Tierra Santa Inc., had been traveling from Los Angeles with 21 passengers when the accident occurred.
