Curious George recall maybe announced after testing

The Center for Environment Health notified Marvel Enterprises that the toys may contain 10 times the legal amount after saying they had purchased the product from Toys “R” Us and the toy contained an excessive level of lead.

The recall will be announced if tests prove there is an illegal amount of lead paint in the toys. “If our testing verifies that the products are in fact unsafe, we will move immediately to initiate a voluntary recall.”

Johnson and Johnson just announced a recall for infants’ Tylenol medication after they say in “rare instances of misuse” it could lead to an overdose.
