BET Hip Hop Awards

The BET Hip Hop awards taping is set to take place Saturday, October 13, 2007 in Atlanta at the

Atlanta Civic Center.

The BET network will celebrate the culture of hip hop music with performances by rapper such as TI, Lil Wayne, Common and Kanye West.

Rap legend KRS-ONE is also set to receive the ‘I AM HIP HOP’ Icon Award.

Comedian and actor Katt Williams will host the award ceremony. The actual award show will air on Wednesday, October 17,2007 on BET.
