NFL News: Philadelphia Eagles to Exercise Bonus for Michael Vick

It appears as if the Philadelphia Eagles will head into the 2010 NFL season with their same quarterback corps as reports have suggested the team is ready to exercise a $1.5 million roster bonus for Michael Vick.

The Eagles quarterback situation has been the subject of much discussion during the offseason as speculation that Donovan McNabb would be traded or Vick would be released but that doesn’t appear to be the case.

It now appears as if the two will be back along with Kevin Kolb, the number two QB last year.

Vick is scheduled to make $5.25 million next year with his bonus being part of that deal.
