Drug Rehab Program Teaches Clients Right from Wrong

Narconon Freedom Center has long used the world renowned common sense moral code called The Way to Happiness as part of a secular way of explaining morals to drug addicts of all faiths. The principles given in The Way to Happiness have long been held as key moral principles in most all faiths and among all types of people and races.  However, the book is written not from any religious angle, but from good sense based on commonly accepted wisdom.

An example from The Way to Happiness is the moral principle, "Don't do anything illegal.” This is the type of moral precept that is taught to the drug addicts going through the Narconon program at Narconon Freedom Center. The book, written by American author and humanitarian, L. Ron Hubbard explains the real reasons why one shouldn't commit illegal acts and the results even if one isn't found out or detected.

As drug addiction is largely mated with illegal acts, Narconon students can appreciate this principle wholeheartedly and see from the text how this precept violated contributed to their demise.

The Way to Happiness book has already been distributed to over 70 million in 90 languages. Given its popularity among civic groups, governments, Congressmen and businesses, it has now been made into a full length film detailing each precept of the book in true movie format.

At Narconon Freedom Center the success of using this DVD on The Way to Happiness has proven itself with greater duplication and application of the principles among the students. The DVD is now shown in their common lounge for students to watch and whenever it is played a crowd of students begin to gather to watch.

The fact that students are learning to not do illegal things from not only book form but also from DVD movie format increases the duplication rate and as a result the application of the fundamentals in the book.  By Narconon Freedom Center working to teach their students to not do anything illegal, their graduates don't go down the illegal road that steered them into drug use in the first place.
