T.I. Denied Bail for Second Time

Rapper and actor T.I. requested to be released on bail today but was denied as a result of his attorney's failure to meet the specific conditions set for a bond release on behalf of his client. Those conditions included a $3.7 million cash and property bond, weekly drug testing and house arrest.

The next court hearing is scheduled for next Friday, if the requirements are met rapper T.I. will be released on house arrest.

Family and friends that were reportedly in the courtroom earlier today in support of T.I. included Lyor Cohen, Grand Hustle Records CEO Jason Geter and girlfriend Tameka ' Tiny' Cottle.

The Grammy Award winning rapper was arrested last Saturday, hours before his scheduled performance at the BET Hip Hop Awards.
