Jay Z Announces American Gangster Tour

Rapper and Entrepreneur Shawn "Jay Z" Carter recently confirmed a five date tour to support his upcoming album, American Gangster.

American Gangster is a concept album about the new movie which is also entitled ‘American Gangster’ the movie is set to include appearances by Denzel Washington, Russell Crowe, T.I.  and Common.

The tour will begin at Los Angeles’s House of Blues on November 6, 2007 which is also the same day the album will be released.

Jay Z is set to perform in Chicago and Philadelphia.
