ProLogis, (NYSE:PLD) a real estate investment trust, said Tuesday it will offer $350 million in convertible senior notes due 2015.
ProLogis operates as a real estate investment trust in the United States. It owns, operates, and develops industrial distribution properties in North America, Europe, and Asia. The company also has a joint venture agreement with K Raheja Corp. for the acquisition and development of properties in Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Pune, India.
PLD plans to reborrow funds to cover its cash tender offer of $281 million in 5.5 percent notes due April 1, 2012 and $262 million in 5.5 percent notes due March 1, 2013, an offer announced Monday.
