Carrie Underwood Releases ‘Carnival Ride’

Country singer Carrie Underwood released her sophomore album entitled ‘Carnival Ride’ on October 23, 2007.

 

The American Idol winner released her first album ‘Some Hearts’ in November 2005. The album has been certified six times platinum in the United States.

 

On December 4, 2006, ‘Some Hearts’ was named the number one selling album of the year at the Billboard Music Awards.

 

‘Carnival Ride’ will include new tracks such as ‘So Small’, ‘Just a Dream’ and a remake of Randy Travis’s 'I Told You So.'

 

Carrie Underwood is also scheduled to perform in New York on Good Morning America for their fall concert which will also include performances by include Kenny Chesney, Jennifer Lopez, Reba McEntire, ‘American Idol’ winner Jordin Sparks and Sara Evans.
