Camp Pendleton Fires Lead to More Evacuations in Southern California

A pair of wildfires broke out on the Camp Pendleton military base in Southern California Tuesday afternoon, leading to evacuations for Camp Horno 53 Area.

The two fires were located Camp Margarita 33 Area and at Las Pulgas 43 Area.

Residents of San Clemente have expressed concern about the potential spread of the blaze but they have been told their homes are not presently in danger.
