Rage Against the Machine Concert in Auckland, New Zealand at the Mt. Smart Stadium

American rock band Rage Against the Machine are confirmed to perform in Auckland, New Zealand at the Mt. Smart Stadium on January 18,2007.

The reunited band is scheduled to play at a number of shows, including the Voodoo Music Festival and Australia’s Big Day Out Concert.

In 2000, the rock band broke up.  Singer Zack de la Rocha started work on a solo album that is still yet to be released. Tom Morello, Tim Commerford and Brad Wilk teamed up with singer Chris Cornell and became rock group ‘Audioslave’.

Rage Against the Machine released their last studio album ‘Renegades’ in 2000
