BOMA Announces Partnership with EIA

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Silicon Valley (BOMA SV) has announced a partnership with the Environmental Institute of America (EIA).  The partnership is for the provision of sustainable commercial real estate management education to members of BOMA.  The partnership will provide BOMA members with access to special pricing while attending Leadership in Energy and Environment Design preparation courses by the EIA.  BOMA members will also be granted access to a unique workshop on sustainability financing by EIA to learn how federal, state and local incentives can be used for maximization of returns on sustainability investments.
