Fox Systems has released a statement noting that the company is not in any way related to Fox Insurance Company. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) previously announced the termination of a contract with Fox Insurance Company, which was effective on March 9, 2010. The contract provided services under the Medicare Part D program in 21 states. The former holding company for Fox Systems, The Affiliated Fox Group, Inc. has sold its interest in Fox Insurance Company to Fox Rx, Inc. Since then, Fox Systems has played no part in the provision of services under the Medicare Part D program.
