Legendary female wrestler “The Fabulous Moolah” passed away last night at the age of 84.
Lillian Ellision, known inside the wrestling ring as “The Fabulous Moolah,” dominated the sport of women’s wrestling from the 1950’s through the 1980’s. Her became synonymous with the sport as she consistently held world titles and became involved in just about every subplot created by organizations for which she wrestled.

She was the longest reigning champion in the history of her chosen sport, or any sport for that matter. And with more than 50 years in the business to her credit, she established a legacy that will never be forgotten, making her name synonymous with female wrestling.”
