Two French aid workers taken hostage nearly four months ago while in the Central African Republic have been freed in Darfur.
The pair had been working for the Triangle Generation Humanitaire charity when they were seized by gunman in the town of Birao on November 22.
Details of their release have not been reported but the two are said to be on their way to the Sudanese capital of Khartoum before heading home.
