Maria Beltran, a woman badly-burned in a fire near the U.S.-Mexico border, died Tuesday. She is the eighth person to be killed directly by the Southern California wildfires that ravaged the San Diego and Malibu areas of the state.
The mother of four died at the University of California-San Diego (UCSD) Regional Burn Center.
