Mickey Rourke Arrested For DUI While Riding Scooter

Often troubled actor Mickey Rourke was arrested and charged with driving under the influence early Thursday morning after police pulled the 53-year-old over for riding a Vespa scooter in an erratic manner.

Rourke made a U-turn at a red light on Washington Avenue and began weaving from the left lane to the right lane before riding down the center of the road.

After police pulled the actor over they noticed a strong smell of alcohol on Rourke’s breath and issued a field sobriety test. Rourke failed the test and was taken to Dade County Jail.
