Ricky Martin and Calle 13 Both Win Two Awards Each at the Latin Grammy Awards

The Latin Grammy Awards ceremony took place in Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay on November 8, 2007, the host of winners included Calle 13 and Ricky Martin.

Ricky Martin won for best male pop vocal album for his critically acclaimed "MTV Unplugged" album and for best long form music video for his "Unplugged" special.

New Puerto Rican group Calle 13 also won two awards at last nights ceremony, best urban album for their last album entitled "Residente o Visitante" and best urban song for their hit single featuring Orishas, entitled “"Pa'l Norte”.

For the best album of the year Calle 13, beat out Daddy Yankee, Ivy Queen and Orishas.
