Optimal Group Inc. (Nasdaq: OPMR) $1.60. Today announced that it has entered into a support agreement with a corporation established by Richard Yanofsky, President of WowWee Canada Inc., and Peter Yanofsky, President of WowWee USA, Inc., for the purpose of making an offer to acquire, by way of a take-over bid to Optimal Group shareholders, all of the outstanding Class "A" shares of the Company, including shares issuable upon the conversion, exchange or exercise of options and warrants, at a price of US$2.40 per share in cash. WowWee Canada Inc. and WowWee USA, Inc. are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Optimal Group. The offer represents a premium of approximately 50% over the closing price of the Class "A" shares of US$1.60 on the NASDAQ , on March 16, 2010. Under the terms of the support agreement, Optimal Group may solicit, respond to and consider competing third-party proposals until closing of the offer.

As a result of Richard and Peter Yanofsky's involvement with the offeror, the offer will be an "insider bid" and a going private transaction for purposes of applicable securities laws. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of the Company established a special committee of independent directors to review the terms of the offer and to supervise the preparation of a formal valuation of the Class "A" shares.

Achillion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACHN) $2.87. Announced yesterday that that its abstract titled "Virological Response, Safety, and Pharmacokinetic Profile Following Single- and Multiple-Dose Administration of ACH-0141625 Protease Inhibitor to Healthy Volunteers and HCV Genotype-1 Patients" has been accepted as a late breaking poster presentation at the International Liver Congress(TM) 2010 being held April 14-18 in Vienna, Austria.

Two additional abstracts on the compound's virology and hepatoselectivity titled Preclinical Antiviral Activity, Combination and Resistance of ACH-1625, A Potent HCV NS3 Protease Inhibitor, and Characterization of the Hepatoselective Distribution of ACH-1625, a Potent, Clinical Stage HCV NS3 Protease Inhibitor had previously been accepted for poster presentation.

Sanmina-SCI Corporation (Nasdaq: SANM) $17.53. Announced yesterday that its Gunzenhausen, Germany facility has been awarded the NATO certification, Allied Quality Assurance Publications (AQAP), in addition to the National Aerospace and Defense Contract Accreditation Program (NADCAP) certification.

AQAP is a series of military standards for quality developed by NATO that include requirements for engineering and production of military goods. AQAP is an extension of the ISO 9001 standard and is a critical certification for companies producing goods for military organizations.

FSI International, Inc. (Nasdaq: FSII) $3.22. Today announced that it received an order for an FSI ORION system with ViPR technology from a major semiconductor manufacturer based in Asia. The FSI ORION system will be used for the development and qualification of front-end-of-line (FEOL) cleaning processes in advanced IC manufacturing. After a comparison of competitive alternatives, this customer determined that the FSI ORION ViPR technology was the ideal solution for meeting its anticipated resist stripping requirements. FSI expects to ship this evaluation FSI ORION single wafer cleaning system to this customer during its fiscal 2010 third quarter.
