R.Kelly Concert in Atlanta at the Phillips Arena

R&B singer R.Kelly is set to perform in Atlanta, Georgia at the Phillips Arena on November 15, 2007.

The tour is in support of R.Kelly’s last album entitled ‘Double Up’ was released in May 2007, featured artist on the album include T.I. and T-pain.
