MJ Purchases the Bobcats for $275 Million

Legend and Hall of Famer Michael Jordan is now the official owner of the Charlotte Bobcats.  On Wednesday, the NBA’s Board of Governors unanimously approved his bid to buy the franchise from Bob Johnson for $275 million.  Jordan says that being the majority owner of a professional team has been his “post-playing-career goal” and that this purchase is “the culmination” of that.
