Toy Safety group writes ‘10 Worst Toys’
Among the most dangerous toys recently recalled is ‘Aqua Dots’ also known as ‘Aqua Beads.’ The plastic beads proved to be dangerous if swallowed by children as chemicals in the toy convert to the date rape drug after ingestion. Aquadots were recalled last month in the
‘Sticky Stones’ makes the list as they can stick to the inside of a child’s stomach after swallowed. ‘Go Diego Go Animal Rescue Boat’ made by Mattel was also named after they were recalled because of lead paint.
The other toys listed on WATCH because potential hazards to children were: Jack Sparrow’s Spinning Dagger which could cause eye injuries, Dora the Explorer Lamp because of potential electric shock or burns, Lil ‘Giddy Up’ Horse which contains small parts to cause choking, Spider Man 3 New Goblin Sword because of sharp plastic, Hip Hoppa for causing head injuries, B’Loonies Party Pack which could has hazardous chemicals if swallowed, My Little Baby Born which has small pieces, and Rubber Band Shooter which may cause eye injuries.
