CEO Tricia Andreassen to be guest speaker for Short Sale Marketing Webinar with America’s Home Rescue (CDRS)

Short Sale Marketing For Real Estate Agents

Pro Step Marketing CEO/Founder Tricia Andreassen will be sharing how to use social media channels to reach distressed sellers who may be facing foreclosure. Her session, hosted by America’s Home Rescue which provides the CDRS designation for Realtors® across the United States,  will cover how to use social media to reach homeowners in need. It will also address how to integrate this strategy into a cohesive plan from website, print marketing, social media and search engine positioning.  The Short Sale Marketing Webinar titled “Integrating Social Media into your short sale marketing strategy” will be on Thursday, March 25th from 12-1:30 p.m. EDT. This live web conference will also feature top real estate agents who are actively working a marketing plan and using different marketing strategies to build their business.

 

Stacy and Michael Spickes, Founders of America’s Home Rescue and the creators of the CDRS certification for real estate professionals will be hosting this educational forum to provide advanced strategies to their students so they are unique leaders in their markets.  “It’s important that Realtors® know the fundamentals of how to handle a short sale transaction,” says Stacy Spickes, “and it’s also important for them to have the coaching and tools to know how to get the word out in their local market place. When they have a marketing plan and a system to work from this allows them to reach more homeowners in need.” Joining Andreassen for the Webinar will be top real estate professionals such as Kim Blanton, VP of Crye-Like Realtors in Tennessee, Cheryl Spangler with Exit Realty in Northern Virginia and Monte Davis with Davis Company in Austin, Texas.

 

During the Webinar, Andreassen will also discuss their short sale marketing system which brands agents as the foreclosure and short sale experts in their area to generate quality leads. This marketing system pulls everything together from a fully designed and content-rich website focused on helping sellers with their needs in a confidential way by offering relevant content, free reports, FAQ’s, and important resources. In addition, the system also provides offline marketing tools to reach distressed sellers including a press release, sphere of influence letter, farming postcards, newspaper ads, and more. “When I was in real estate”, said Andreassen “I was a foreclosure specialist. I experienced first hand the emotional mindset of the homeowner facing foreclosure. I know how imperative it is to let homeowners know that there are options. If we can give them a total solution marketing plan to work with sellers, this will allow them to focus on the details of the actual real estate transaction.”

 

Andreassen said earning a Short Sale Certification like the CDRS designation is the foundation and then there must be a marketing strategy to effectively get the word out to distressed sellers. The Webinar will address why being certified also ties in with one’s marketing plan and overall strategy to assist today’s homeowners.
