Cowan Liebowitz & Latman PC Welcomes Don Obert to Customs Group

Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman PC has announced the addition of Don Obert to it’s Customs, International Cargo and Regulatory Compliance Group.  Mr. Obert will work with the firm’s attorneys Carl Soller and CJ Erickson in advising import and export clients about cross border issues.  His counsel will include US Customs and Border Protection, Food and Drug Administration, US Department of Agriculture, US Fish & Wildlife, and other Governmental agency requirements.

Mr. Obert previously served as a principal in Folluk & Obert PC.  His law degree was earned from Brooklyn Law School.  He also holds a bachelor of science degree in biology from Adelphi University.
