Sarissa Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SRSR)

November 15th, 2007-- Sarissa Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SRSR) is pleased to announce that it has acquired a Uranium/Copper mineral property in the Elliot Lake Camp in Albanel Township, situated in Northern Ontario. This property represents approximately 480 acres of land. The property is along an identified trend. Ben Fuschino, CEO, comments, "This property seems to be the last available piece of mining land available in this established uranium/copper/gold trend, and we, at Sarissa, are very lucky to have acquired this piece of land. This will be my last acquisition before Scott Keevil takes over the CEO position on December 1." Scott Keevil adds, "The price upswing in uranium over the past few years makes it much more exciting from an exploration viewpoint and this area looks to have some great potential for both uranium and copper. I'm looking forward to seeing how this property group can best be exploited for Sarissa's benefit. Overall, I think the current board has done a good job in acquiring this property as well as others properties in their current exploration portfolio."

About Sarissa

Sarissa Resources Inc. is a junior exploration company that locates and develops mineral assets in North America. Currently, Sarissa holds uranium, copper, gold, nickel and diamond exploration properties in Northern Ontario.

Cyclone Power Technologies Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CYPW)

November 15th, 2007-- Cyclone Power Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CYPW) announced today that it has tested and successfully run its Green Revolution Engine(TM) on a mixture of kerosene, gasoline, alcohol, bio-diesel and diesel.

The "fuel cocktail" generated sufficient thermal energy to power the Cyclone engine, registering average BTUs between that of alcohol on the lower end and diesel on the higher end. Additionally, despite the profound difference in chemical compositions, BTU levels and consistency of these five fuels, the test did not require any modifications to the Cyclone engine or its fuel injector.

"This has profound implications for American consumers," stated Harry Schoell, the company's CEO and engine inventor. "With a Cyclone engine, you may soon be able to fill your tank with any fuel or fuel mixture that is inexpensive or abundant at that moment. Choice, like it did in the telecom industry, could eventually give consumers some leverage over the oil monopolies."

CORPORATE PROFILE

Cyclone holds the U.S. patent, international patent applications, and exclusive commercial rights to the Green Revolution Engine(TM), an environmentally friendly and highly efficient external combustion, heat-regenerative engine. Developed by Cyclone's President and CEO, Harry Schoell, the Cyclone engine regenerates (or recycles) its heat, which allows it to run cleaner, cooler and more efficiently than traditional internal combustion engines. The Green Revolution Engine is capable of running on any liquid or gaseous fuel, including ethanol, bio-diesel and propane. The company also recently filed a patent application for its Waste Heat Engine, a low-pressure engine capable of running on heat emitted from external sources, including the waste exhaust of a power generator or renewable solar power. Both these engines are lubricated with de-ionized water instead of motor oil, and by eliminating many subsystems like oil pumps, radiators, catalytic converters and fuel injectors, the Cyclone engines are expected to cost less to manufacture, operate and maintain. The Green Revolution Engine in particular is highly scalable and sufficiently powerful for applications ranging from lawn equipment and small home generators, large stand-alone generators, to cars, trucks, buses, RVs, boats and ships, as well as earth moving equipment and locomotives.

UTEC, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UTEI)

November 12th, 2007--Hazardous Chemicals and Biological Waste Destruction -- Update and Management's Report. The management team, headed by Dr. Fortunato Villamagna, Ph.D., CEO of UTEC, Inc., trading symbol UTEI.PK, is pleased to update its Shareholders on the Company's progress in the commercialization of the Glyd-Arc Plasma Waste Destruction Technology licensed earlier this year, and its application to the disposal of highly contagious Medical Waste, Munitions and Active Pharmaceutical Intermediates.

"The demand for safe destruction of Medical wastes, excess Munitions and waste streams generated from Specialty Chemical and Active Pharmaceutical Intermediate production represents an important growth market for UTEC," stated Dr. Villamagna.

The UTEC Plasma Oxidizer System addresses the dilemma faced by the Hospital and Medical industry with the storage and transportation of materials such as cancerous tissues, HIV contaminated materials and associated highly contagious products (bandages, wrappings, wipes, etc.) by providing a low cost, on-site solution. Hospitals and medical facilities are at special risk from these contaminants and currently medical facilities are forced to store these wastes for long periods of time or ship them at very high cost to facilities using very specialized systems. Currently used systems call for very high capital expenditure (CAPEX) for equipment yields no return on investment. The UTEC solution is ideal and will provide an inexpensive, in-house system that can easily be scaled and customized. UTEC's system can be easily installed at individual medical sites, requires little to no maintenance, operates at much lower temperatures (about 1000OC), and has no consumable components while being extremely cost effective.

UTEC -- Why UTEC is the Solution

The UTEC Waste Destruction Division will focus on providing solutions for the low-volume, high-margin processing of highly reactive, toxic and hazardous waste. UTEC's current Hazardous Chemicals and Biological Waste business strategy adds considerable strength to the company's core business. UTEC's advanced technology will provide cost effective, low CAPEX solutions through our Lease Programs at a time when medical facilities are under constant pressure to control costs. The UTEC (PINKSHEETS: UTEI) low temperature plasma system is modular and easily scalable in design. All other competing technologies are extremely large and cumbersome, typically operating at temperatures of up to 5000OC. The UTEC system functions in the 1000OC range, and can be easily insulated and installed inside current medical facilities without the higher installation costs associated with older competing technology. Further, competing systems are typically based on the decades old carbon-rod-arc processes, which have huge power needs and rods that require constant replacement. This older equipment is complex, mainly suited for large fixed sites, very capital intensive, and has high operating (power and maintenance) costs.

UTEC -- Target Market -- Potentially TONS of Medical Waste

With respect to biological wastes, UTEC does not plan to focus on generic hospital waste and trash, but instead address disposal issues facing the industry with cancerous tissues, HIV contaminated materials, highly contagious materials, and associated products (bandages, wrappings, wipes, etc.). This is not a large volume for most facilities, but disposal is expensive and involves special risks and issues, requiring very specialized systems. It is not a market where very high CAPEX cost equipment can be employed with any potential return on investment. However, it is ideal for the inexpensive in-house systems designed by UTEC, scaled and customized for individual medical facilities.

UTEC -- State of Development of our System

The UTEC system has been extensively tested and piloted, and commercial units are now in service for similar but non-medical related applications. As such, the technology has been demonstrated and proven. We currently have three lab bench models being used, and are in the process of fabricating two full-scale BETA units that will process +/-50 tons per year each. Larger scale bundles have been designed for large-scale commercial applications such as Specialty Chemicals.

UTEC's Medical Waste Destruction System can be easily installed at individual medical sites, requires little to no maintenance, operates at much lower temperatures (about 1000OC), has no consumable components, and is extremely cost effective. UTEC has identified this major industry problem that its technology can address, and will soon provide a low cost system in a modular and easily scalable design. Approximately the size of a refrigerator, the unit will destroy cancerous tissues, HIV contaminated materials, highly contagious materials, and associated waste (bandages, wrappings, wipes, etc.) on a real time basis, on site, at costs considerably below current levels.
