The latest poll by IVRPolls.com shows Mike Huckabee gaining on his competitors in Texas. At 16%, Mike Huckabee is tied in second place with Fred Thompson. Rudy Giuliani led in the state with 23%.
"Mike Huckabee has been as close as 2% behind Mitt Romney in Iowa and a win in that early caucus state could catapult his campaign into top tier status and give him the necessary boost to possibly take a state like Texas" says David Terr of USAElectionPolls.com.
